PUNJAB MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT FUND COMPANY

POSITION AVAILABLE

PMDFC has been supporting local governments to build infrastructures and healthy cities. PMDFC is seeking the services of qualified, experienced and dynamic professional against the following position for Punjab Inclusive Cities Program (PICP):

Sr. Position Required Qualification & Experience
1. Senior Program Officer (Procurement)
(01 Post, Lahore Based)		 Qualification: 16 years of education or higher degree in Engineering/Commerce/Business/Management studies.
Experience: Minimum 12 years post-qualification experience of procurement of works, goods and services. Must have thorough understanding of PPRA rules and World Bank procurement guidelines and experience in its applications. Ability to administer advertisements, EOIs, RFPs, Bidding Documents & evaluations. Prior working experience with public sector entities & donor agencies and knowledge of Local Government Systems and regulatory framework will be an added advantage.
Maximum age limit is 65 years.

The compensation for the position is market-driven, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
