Provision of Sewerage & Storm Water Drainage Facilities in Punjab
Program Description
The Government of Punjab (GoPb) envisions the development of cities through improved urban management and infrastructure, particularly focusing on sewerage and storm water drainage systems. To achieve this, the Punjab Development Program aims to strengthen the performance of Local Governments (LGs) by enhancing the efficiency, resilience, and sustainability of urban services.
One of the core objectives of the program is to:
Protect public health,
Prevent water pollution, and
Safeguard infrastructure by efficiently collecting and treating wastewater and stormwater runoff.
To support these initiatives, a Program Management Unit (PMU) is being established within the PMDFC to professionally execute and oversee the program. The PMU will ensure quality implementation, efficient procurement processes, and monitoring of contractor performance.
Positions Available
Applications are invited from qualified, experienced, and dynamic professionals for the following contractual positions at the PMU. All appointments will be on a two-year contract basis, extendable based on program continuity and satisfactory performance.

Qualification & Experience Requirements
1. Research Associate (Procurement)
Qualification: 16 years of education in Engineering, Business, or Management.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification relevant experience.
Maximum Age: 40 years.
2. Research Associate (Finance)
Qualification: 16 years of education in Finance, Commerce, or an MBA/CA/ACCA/ACMA from HEC recognized institute.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
Maximum Age: 40 years.
3. GIS Analyst
Qualification: 16 years or higher education in GIS, Remote Sensing, or Space Sciences from an HEC-recognized institute.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
Maximum Age: 40 years.
4. IT Assistant
Qualification: 16 years or higher education in IT, Computer Science, or Software Development from an HEC-recognized institute.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience with demonstrated software development skills.
Maximum Age: 40 years.
5. Computer Operator
Qualification: Intermediate (FA/FSc).
Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience. Must be proficient in MS Office, Internet, and Email. Typing speed of 40 wpm required. Knowledge of shorthand is an added advantage.
Maximum Age: 35 years.
6. Driver
Qualification: Middle or Matric.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of driving experience with a valid LTV license.
Maximum Age: 45 years.
7. Office Boy
Qualification: Middle.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Maximum Age: 45 years.
8. Guard
Qualification: Literate.
Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
Maximum Age: 45 years.

Compensation will be market-based, depending on qualifications and experience.
