The Punjab Municipal Development Fund Company (PMDFC) is a government-supported organization working to empower local governments in Punjab to develop sustainable infrastructure and build healthier, more livable cities. PMDFC invites applications from qualified, experienced, and dynamic professionals for the following position:
Position Available:
Manager (Human Resources)
Location: Lahore
Number of Posts: 01
Required Qualification & Experience
Educational Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration from an HEC-recognized institution
Certification or Diploma in HR/IR (Industrial Relations) will be considered an added advantage
Skills:
Excellent communication skills
Strong proficiency in organizational development
Sound understanding of IR (Industrial Relations) principles
Professional Experience:
Minimum 05 years of relevant hands-on experience in:
Human Resource Management
Labor laws and disciplinary procedures
HR/IR policy development and implementation
Preparation of payroll using HR software
Age Limit:
Maximum 45 years as of the last date of application submission
Note: Age will be calculated from the Date of Birth up to the application closing date
Remuneration:
The compensation package is market-driven and commensurate with experience and qualifications
