MANAGER/SENIOR MANAGER TALENT ACQUISITION
Our Client, a Karachi based company, seeks to appoint an experienced and seasoned professional for HR Talent Acquisition. The ideal candidate would likely have a strong background in human resources, with specific expertise in talent acquisition strategies and methodologies. The ideal candidate would be responsible for designing and implementing recruitment processes, sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and ultimately selecting the best candidates to join the company. Overall, this role is crucial for the company's success in building a talented and high-performing workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior leadership to understand hiring needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies alignedwith organizational goals. Continuously evaluate and refine strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market
Oversee the sourcing and screening process to identify qualified candidates through various channels. Implement best practices to ensure a diverse and inclusive candidate pipeline
Champion a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding. Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve the candidate journey and ensure timely communication and transparency
Conduct talent mapping exercises to identify key talent pools, industry trends, and competitive insights.
Utilize findings to inform recruitment strategies, succession planning, and talent development initiatives
Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, priorities, and challenges.
Provide strategic guidance and expertise to ensure effective collaboration and alignment between recruiting efforts and business objectives
Collaborated with hiring managers and HR colleagues to facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires. Ensure that new employees receive necessary information, resources, and training to integrate into their roles and the organization effectively
To promote diversity in the workplace and ensure recruiting strategies attract diverse candidates to meet the diversity goal
Serve as a liaison with industry partners, professional associations, and educational institutions to build
strategic relationships and expand the organization's talent network
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within the recruitment workflow. Leverage digital solutions to streamline administrative tasks, reduce manual intervention, and improve overall efficiency
Utilize data analytics to track recruitment metrics, identify trends, and measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies. Generate regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
Overseeing the talent acquisition team and crafting sourcing strategies for various roles, from entry level to executive level positions
Education
Minimum 16 years of Education, Preferably, Masters from a renowned HEC recognized university or institute/equivalent foreign degree holder institution, preferably in Human Resources or in relevant field
Experience
Minimum 8 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization with a focus on HR Talent Acquisition, in leadership roles, at as senior equivalent or one position below
Requirements:
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business objective
Strong understanding of HR processes, functions, and best practices, with knowledge of full cycle
recruiting and recruitment drives
Proficiency in utilizing recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems
Highly Analytical with the ability to leverage data to drive informed decision-making
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive alignment towards common goals
Age
The candidate should preferably be not more than 40 years of age as of the last date of application
