PUNJAB MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT FUND COMPANY
Position Available
PMDFC has been supporting local governments in building infrastructure and fostering healthy cities. PMDFC is seeking qualified, experienced, and dynamic professionals for the following positions in the upcoming program:
1. Program Officer (Information Technology)
(Lahore-based, 01 Post)
Required Qualification:
16 years of education or higher degree in IT/Computer Sciences/Software Development from an HEC-recognized institute.
Required Experience:
Minimum 08 years of post-qualification experience for 16 years education, or 05 years for at least 17 years education in practical software development.
Maximum Age Limit:
55 years.
2. Program Officer (Coordination)
(Lahore-based, 01 Post)
Required Qualification:
16 years of education or higher degree in Commerce, Business Studies, or Social Sciences from an HEC-recognized institute.
Required Experience:
Minimum 08 years of post-qualification experience for 16 years education, or 05 years for at least 17 years education.
Ability to schedule and plan meetings, maintain up-to-date information about program activities, and manage strong liaison with major stakeholders and regional offices.
Maximum Age Limit:
55 years.
3. Deputy Program Officer (HR)
(Lahore-based, 01 Post)
Required Qualification:
16 years of education or higher degree in HR, Business Administration from an HEC-recognized institute.
Required Experience:
Minimum 04 years of post-qualification relevant experience in human resource management, HR policies development & implementation, and payroll management.
Work experience with local government & donor-funded projects will be an added advantage.
Maximum Age Limit:
45 years.
Compensation:
The compensation for these positions is market-driven and commensurate with experience and qualifications.
