CAREER OPPORTUNITY
RECOVERY OFFICER (BPS-18) IN PWF

The Pakistan WAPDA Foundation (PWF) is managing various welfare projects for retired employees and families of deceased employees from WAPDA, DISCOs, GENCOs, and NTDC. The Foundation seeks an individual with a dynamic personality and the capability to enhance operational efficiency.

Position Details:

Tenure:

  • The appointment is on a contract basis initially for one year, extendable subject to satisfactory performance for up to a maximum of 3 years or until the age of 64 years, whichever is earlier.

Qualification:

  • Graduate in Commerce, Engineering, or an equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized university.

Age/Eligibility:

  • Maximum age of 62 years.
  • Open to retired WAPDA, DISCOs, or NTDC employees with a good service record.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as Deputy Director, Senior Engineer, Senior B&AO, or Senior Audit Officer in BPS-18 or higher positions, preferably with experience in recovery assignments.

General Requirements:

  • Awareness of recovery rules.
  • Knowledge and experience in client/customer recovery.
  • Result-oriented, highly organized, and motivated.
  • Excellent analytical, writing, communication, technical, and interpersonal skills.

Area of Responsibility:

  • Administrative control of the Recovery Section (PWF).
  • Maintaining accurate records of outstanding dues.
  • Coordinating with all WAPDA offices and corporate entities for recovery of outstanding dues.
  • Ensuring early recovery of outstanding dues.
  • Any other responsibilities as assigned by MD (PWF).

Regional/Provincial Quota:

  • Open Merit.
