The Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) invites applications from suitable and eligible candidates for recruitment in the office of Chief Auditor WAPDA on a regular basis.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Only local domiciled candidates as per the specified quota are eligible.

  • Candidates must meet minimum qualification requirements.

General Instructions & Conditions

  1. Only eligible candidates will be called for the interview.

  2. Age Relaxation:

    • General: 5 years included in age limit.

    • Minorities, recognized tribes of Tribal Areas, Gilgit-Baltistan, Azad Kashmir: 3 years.

    • Sindh (Rural) & Balochistan candidates: 5 years.

    • Government/WAPDA employees with 2 years continuous service: up to 10 years.

    • WAPDA daily wages/contingent staff: age relaxation equal to years of service.

  3. Candidates already serving in WAPDA must apply through NOC via WAPDA HR Division before the closing date.

  4. Age calculation: As of the closing date of application submission.

  5. Documents: Original certificates must be presented at the interview.

  6. Appointment: Initial probation of 1 year; regularization subject to satisfactory performance. Termination possible for unsatisfactory conduct or performance during probation.

  7. Incomplete or late applications will be rejected. Providing false information at any stage will lead to termination.

  8. WAPDA reserves the right to cancel, withhold, or modify the recruitment process or number of posts without assigning reason.
