PREQUALIFICATIONS FOR (HIRING SERVICES OF INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANTS)
1. PRACS intends to Pre-Qualify the interested individual consultants having specialization in following fields to hire their services on need basis, as and when required:

Minimum BSc/B.E Electrical/Electronics/Tele com Engineering, Registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC)
Experience
Minimum post qualification experience of 25 years in railway track and infrastructure development works
Minimum post qualification experience of 25 years in railway rolling stock maintenance and operations
Minimum post qualification experience of 25 years in railway signaling and telecommunication system
2.Pre-Qualification documents may be purchased by the interested individual consultants from PRACS Head Office Rawalpindi or PRACS Sub-Office Burt Hall Institute Lahore, on submission of a written application upon payment of Rs.2,000/-(non-refundable) in the shape of Bank Draft or pay order in favor of M/s PRACS.
3.The Pre-Qualification documents duly completed can be submitted in sealed envelope & delivered to the address given below before 17.04.2024 (Wednesday) 12:30 pm and clearly marked as "Pre-Qualification of individual consultants"
and will be opened on same date at 01:00 pm 4. The already Pr-Qualified individual Consultants with PRACS are not required to apply again
