The Strategic Management Unit (SMU), School Education Department, Government of the Punjab invites applications from qualified, experienced and motivated professionals for hiring under the Chief Minister Punjab Schools Meal Programme (2024-27) being implemented in selected districts of Punjab.

S No Position Minimum Qualification Minimum Experience
1 Program Coordinator (01 Position) - To be based at Strategic Management Unit (SMU - SED) - for the duration of 11 months Minimum 16 years education in Management Sciences, Public & Business Administration, Social Sciences, Humanities or equivalent Minimum 06 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in the public sector. Relevant experience in similar projects will be considered an additional advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other IT tools essential for data management, reporting, and communication.
2 Data Analyst (01 Position) - To be based at Strategic Management Unit (SMU - SED) - for the duration of 11 months Minimum 16 years education in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics or related field Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in data analysis. Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, R/Python, and visualization tools.
3 Assistant Manager Finance (01 Position) - To be based at Strategic Management Unit (SMU - SED) - for the duration of 11 months Minimum 16 years education in Finance, Accounting (MRA, Finance, CA, ACMA, M Com or equivalent Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in the public sector. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel, Word, and financial reporting tools.
4 Program Associate (01 Position) - To be based at Strategic Management Unit (SMU / SED) - for the duration of 10 months Minimum 16 years education in Management Sciences, Public & Business Administration, Social Sciences, Humanities or equivalent Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other IT tools essential for data management, reporting, and communication.
5 IT Associate (02 Positions) - To be based at Strategic Management Unit (SMU - SCO) - for the duration of 08 months Minimum 16 years education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. Proficient in computer hardware and software troubleshooting, network administration, Windows operating systems, MS Office, database management, IT support, and basic cybersecurity practices.
6 District Coordinator (13 Positions) - To be based at CEO Offices of Concerned DOA - for the duration of 08 months Minimum 16 years education in Management Sciences, Public & Business Administration, Social Sciences, Humanities or equivalent Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other IT tools essential for data management, reporting, and communication.
7 Tehsil Coordinator (23 Positions) - To be based at Office of Concerned Deputy DOA - for the duration of 08 months Minimum 16 years education in Management Sciences, Public & Business Administration, Social Sciences, Humanities or equivalent Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other IT tools essential for data management, reporting, and communication.

8 Coordinate Handling Agent (01 Position) - To be based at Strategic Management Unit (SMU - SED) - for the duration of 06 months Minimum 16 years education in Social Sciences, Sciences, Information Technology, Management or related field Minimum 1 year of relevant experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other IT tools essential for data management, reporting, and communication.
9 Office Boy (01 Position) - for the duration of 11 months Literate Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

Instructions:

  • The selected districts of Punjab for Chief Minister Punjab Schools Meal Programme (2024-27) are Bahawalnagar, Bhakkar, Chiniot, Dera Ghazi Khan, Jhelum, Kasur, Layyah, Lodhran, Muzaffargarh, Rahim Yar Khan, Rajanpur, Toba Tek Singh, and Vehari.
