Hiring of Professionals: PMIU-PESRP

Position Overview

The PMIU, under the Punjab Education Sector Reforms Programme (PESRP), is seeking a qualified professional for the role of Manager (Implementation & Coordination). This position is central to the execution of the ASPIRE project, focusing on large-scale educational improvements.

Candidate Profile

Required Qualification

  • Education: At least a Master’s Degree or equivalent (16 years of education) in Development Studies, Social Sciences, Public/Business Administration, Education Management, MIS, or Project Management.

  • Accreditation: Degree must be from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university.

  • Preference: Candidates with higher qualifications will be given preference.

Required Experience

  • Duration: At least Ten (10) years of verifiable relevant experience in public or private sectors.

  • Expertise:

    • Proven track record in Project Implementation for large-scale government or donor-funded programs (preferably within the Education sector).

    • Practical experience in developing Annual Work Plans, working papers, concept notes, proposals, and progress reports.
