Available Positions
1. Wing Head – Outsourced Services (VP/SVP)
Reporting To: Divisional Head – Bank Services
Qualification:
- Minimum Graduation (local or international recognized institution)
- Master’s degree or relevant certifications preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience
- At least 6 years in a leadership/departmental role in outsourcing management or related field
Key Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Leadership and people management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage outsourced service providers (OSPs) and vendor relationships
- Oversee performance evaluation and compliance
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and invoice processing
- Maintain outsourcing policies, SOPs, and contingency plans
- Coordinate with audit, legal, and compliance teams
2. Departmental Head – Monitoring, Review & Evaluation (AVP/VP)
Reporting To: Wing Head – Outsourced Services
Qualification:
- Minimum Graduation (recognized institution)
- Master’s degree or certifications preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 6 years relevant experience
- At least 1 year in a managerial/supervisory role
- Preference for candidates with outsourcing services experience
Key Skills:
- Data analysis and performance monitoring
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Time management and attention to detail
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor performance of outsourced service providers against SLAs/KPIs
- Ensure compliance with audits and regulatory requirements
- Prepare MIS reports and vendor performance evaluations
- Coordinate with legal teams on outsourcing-related matters
3. Departmental Head – Relationship Management (AVP/VP)
Reporting To: Wing Head – Outsourced Services
Qualification:
- Minimum Graduation (HEC recognized)
- Master’s degree or certifications preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 6 years relevant experience
- Preference for outsourcing/vendor management experience
Key Skills:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Vendor and expense management expertise
- Analytical and problem-solving ability
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain relationships with outsourced service providers
- Implement Know Your Vendor (KYV) framework
- Manage outsourced staff deployment
- Ensure timely payments and grievance handling
- Monitor vendor performance and compliance
4. CMR Incharge (OG-I / AVP)
Reporting To: Departmental Head – Digital Security
Qualification:
- Minimum Graduation (HEC recognized)
- Master’s degree/certifications preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years experience
- At least 3 years in CCTV/digital security systems (preferably banking)
Key Skills:
- Data management and monitoring systems
- Analytical and technical troubleshooting
- MS Office proficiency
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Central Monitoring Room (CMR) operations
- Oversee CCTV systems across branches
- Coordinate with vendors and regional offices
- Maintain security-related records and reporting
5. Duty Officer (OG-I / OG-II)
Reporting To: Departmental Head – Guarded Security
Qualification:
- Minimum Graduation
- Master’s preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in security or related field
- Preference for public sector experience
Key Skills:
- Administrative and security management skills
- Problem-solving and communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor security at Head Office and premises
- Implement safety and security policies
- Liaise with law enforcement agencies
- Respond to incidents and maintain safety compliance
6. Processing Officer (OG Level)
Qualification:
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain vendor records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Support audits and performance tracking
7. Additional Security / Front Desk Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage visitor entry through Visitor Management System (VMS)
- Verify visitor identity and coordinate access approvals
- Maintain MIS records
- Assist visitors professionally and ensure security compliance

- Type: Contractual (3 years, renewable based on performance)
