Eligibility Criteria
Educational Requirements
- Minimum Graduation (or equivalent) from an HEC-recognized institution
- Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree
- Professional certifications such as:
Age Limit
- Maximum 28 years (as of the application deadline)
Experience
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in:
- Finance
- Accounting
- Articleship
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Department Head in preparing financial statements and accounts
- Support data analysis, consolidation, and interpretation from multiple departments
- Coordinate internal functions to ensure smooth daily operations
- Manage data collection and entry in the MIS system
- Ensure accurate posting of payment cases in SAP under correct account heads and cost centers
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors and assist in resolving audit observations
- Assist in State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) reporting and preparation of financial reports
- Ensure proper processing, verification, and record management of financial transactions
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Effective communication and analytical skills
- Proficiency in:
- MS Excel
- MS PowerPoint
- MS Word
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Employment Details
- Type: Contract (3 years, renewable based on performance)
- Selected candidates must serve at the initial posting (Karachi) for at least 3 years
- No transfer requests will be entertained during this period
