Position: Manager Retail Analytics – Liability Products

Role Overview

The incumbent will be responsible for analyzing retail banking data, particularly related to liability products (deposits), to support business growth, improve performance, and assist in strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed data analysis of retail and liability product performance
  • Monitor and evaluate branch-level deposit growth and trends
  • Support development of business strategies to enhance deposit mobilization
  • Coordinate with branches and departments for data collection and reporting
  • Prepare analytical reports and insights for management decision-making
  • Track performance against assigned deposit targets
  • Assist in execution of retail banking projects and initiatives
  • Ensure accurate reporting and compliance with internal policies

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • Minimum Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
    • Business Administration
    • Finance
    • Economics
    • Or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution

Experience

  • Relevant experience in:
    • Retail banking
    • Data analysis
    • Financial analysis
  • Preference for candidates with experience in liability products / deposit management

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding of banking products and business operations
  • Effective communication and reporting skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and MS Office
  • Knowledge of geographical market dynamics and branch network operations
