RECRUITMENT / APPOINTMENT AGAINST NON-TECHNICAL POSTS BS-01 TO BS-04

Location: Office of the Executive Engineer, Tando Muhammad Khan Drainage Division @ T.M. Khan

1. Introduction

Applications are invited for initial recruitment/appointment from candidates having domicile of District Tando Muhammad Khan against the following vacant posts (BS-01 to BS-04). This recruitment is made in pursuance of:

  • Government of Sindh policy and Cabinet Decision No. SOVI (SGA&CD)/7(12)/2025 dated 03rd December 2025

  • Notification No. SOV (SGA&CD)8-27/2019 (Pt.lv) (Volume) dated 03rd December 2025 of Services, General Administration & Coordination Department, Government of Sindh Karachi

  • Policy of Government of Sindh and decisions taken in the Provincial Cabinet meeting held on 01st December 2025 (Agenda Item No. 25(a))

3. Terms & Conditions / General Instructions

  1. Application Submission: Applications on the prescribed format (given below) along with two passport size photographs, attested copies of CNIC, Domicile, PRC, educational and experience certificates (if required) must reach through Courier or in person at the office of Deputy Commissioner Tando Muhammad Khan.

  2. Last Date of Submission: 09 November 2026

  3. Quota: 15% Women, 5% Minorities, 5% Disabled reserved under the rules/government policy.

  4. Government Employees: Should apply through proper channel.

  5. Rural/Urban Quota: Rural 60% and Urban 40% quota shall be maintained as per Government Policy.

  6. Age Relaxation: General age relaxation in upper age limit of 05 years as per Government Policy rules in vogue, as circulated vide Notification No. SO-II(SGA&CD)5-64/2011 (part file) dated 16/10/2024 shall be allowed.

  7. Incomplete Applications: Incomplete applications will not be entertained.

  8. Nature of Employment: The vacancies are purely temporary basis and will be on permanent basis after completion of probation period as provided under the Sindh Service (Appointment, Promotion & Transfers) Rules, 1973.

  9. Number of Vacancies: The number of vacancies can be increased or decreased; nobody will have the right to challenge the same.

  10. Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.

  11. TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible.

  12. Merit: The Recruitment will be made strictly on merit and transparency basis.
