General Instructions

  1. The application must necessarily be accompanied by two (02) recent passport-size photographs (duly attested) and attested photocopies of the following documents: CNIC, Domicile, PRC Form-D, Academic/Educational Certificates, and Disability Certificate (if applicable). All photocopies must be duly attested. The complete application should be sent to the Office of the Executive Engineer, Manchhar Division, Sehwan, at the Irrigation Rest House, Sehwan.

  2. The name of the post applied for must be clearly written on the top-right corner of the envelope as well as in the application form.

  3. Incomplete applications and applications received after the prescribed closing date will not be entertained and will be rejected.

  4. Candidates already serving in Government service must apply through proper channel (departmental route).

  5. Only eligible / shortlisted candidates will be called for interview on the scheduled date, as notified through the press advertisement.

  6. Any attempt by a candidate to obtain support/influence in any form or manner shall render the candidate disqualified/ineligible.

  7. Candidates must submit their applications before the closing date, i.e., 15-11-2026. Applications received after 15-11-2026 will not be accepted.

  8. Disabled persons (DAPs), minorities, and women shall be given preference in accordance with the policies issued by the Honorable Court and the Government.

  9. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the interview/test.

  10. If any documents attached with the applications are found fake or forged, legal action will be initiated against the candidates.
