SITUATION VACANT

RECRUITMENT/APPOINTMENT AGAINST NON-TECHNICAL POSTS BS-01 TO BS-04

INTRODUCTION

Applications are invited for initial recruitment/appointment from candidates having domicile of District Tando Muhammad Khan against the following vacant posts (BS-01 to BS-04), in pursuance of Government of Sindh policy and Cabinet Decision No. SOVI(SGA&CD)/7(12)/2025 dated 03rd December 2025 and No. SOV(SGA&CD)8-27/2019(Pt.IV) (Volume) dated 03rd December 2025 of Services, General Administration & Coordination Department, Government of Sindh Karachi and in pursuance of the policy of Government of Sindh as well as the decisions taken in the Provincial Cabinet meeting held on 01st December, 2025 (Agenda Item No. 25(a)), dated 01/12/2025.

TERMS & CONDITIONS / GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Application Submission: The applications on the prescribed format (given below) along with:

    • Two (02) passport size photographs

    • Attested copies of CNIC

    • Domicile

    • PRC

    • Educational and experience certificates (if required)

    Executive Engineer, Phulleli Canal Division, Badin
    Camp Office at Left Bank Barrage Colony, Hyderabad

  2. Last Date of Submission: 13th November 2026

  3. Quota: 15% Women, 5% Minorities, 5% Disabled reserved under the rules/government policy.

  4. Government Employees: Should apply through proper channel.

  5. Rural/Urban Quota: Rural 60% and Urban 40% quota shall be maintained as per Government Policy.

  6. Age Relaxation: There shall be General age relaxation in upper age limit of five (05) years as per Government Policy rules in vogue, as circulated vide Notification No. SO-II(SGA&CD)5-64/2011 (part file) Dated 16/10/2024 shall be allowed as per Government policy.

  7. Incomplete Applications: Incomplete applications will not be entertained.

  8. Nature of Appointment: The vacancies are purely temporary basis and will be on permanent basis after completion of probation period as provided under the Sindh Service (Appointment, Promotion & Transfers) Rules, 1973.

  9. Right to Modify: The number of vacancies can be increased or decreased; nobody will have the right to challenge the same.

  10. Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.

  11. TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible.

  12. Merit: The recruitment will be made strictly on merit and transparency basis.
