No. 324-JD-447-2026, D-446-2026 – D-397-2026 ..D.2026.2 — In pursuance of the order approved by the Honorable Sindh High Court, Circuit Court, Hyderabad, dated 19.05.2026, in the matter of the decision dated 10.12.2025, and in compliance with the letter No. (SOV (SGAACD)-27/2019(PIV) dated 20.12.2025 from the Accounts Officer, SGA&CD-V, Government of Sindh, Karachi, it is hereby notified that for the financial year 2025-2026, the following posts are shown as vacant in the said department, and applications are invited from eligible candidates of District Umerkot for recruitment against the following posts (BPS-01 to BPS-01):

Educational Qualifications / Experience:

(i) Middle pass, valid LTV/HTV Driving License.
(ii) Ability to read and write.
(iii) Experience as a driver of at least one year.

General Instructions / Rules and Regulations:

  1. Two passport-size photographs, attested copies of CNIC, Domicile, PRC, Driving License, and experience certificate (if applicable) must be submitted along with the application, which should be sent to the Office of the Executive Engineer, Buildings Division, Umerkot.

  2. The last date for submission of applications is 15 November 2026.

  3. Applications received after 16.11.2026 will not be considered.

  4. Quota shall be observed in accordance with the Government policy: 10% for Disabled persons, 15% for Women, 5% for Minorities, and 0.5% for Transgender.

  5. Candidates already serving in Government service must apply through proper channel with a No Objection Certificate (NOC).

  6. In accordance with the Government policy, the upper age limit shall be relaxed by five (05) years, as notified vide Notification No. 64/2011-5/SOII(SGA&CD (Part-II)) dated 06 March 2025.

  7. Any attempt to influence or use unfair means shall render the candidate liable to disqualification.

  8. The number of posts may be increased or decreased at any stage, and no candidate shall have the right to challenge the increase or decrease in the number of posts.

  9. Only shortlisted eligible candidates will be called for test/interview.

  10. The posts are purely temporary and shall be regularized after completion of the probation period, as per the Sindh Civil Servants (Appointment, Promotion & Transfer) Rules, 1974.

  11. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the test/interview.
