We are inviting applications for multiple roles at CarCllest, a Karachi-based company, seeking experienced professionals to join our team.


MIDDLE MANAGEMENT – PORTFOLIO & PRICING

Key Responsibilities

Develop the category lubricant strategy.

Select effective channel mix to drive volume growth and penetration.

Create category and channel plans to achieve objectives around volume, profitability, market share, and reach.

Analyze industry data to identify opportunities, key barriers, and consumer trends.

Implement strategies across categories and channels in coordination with Sales, Trade Marketing, Brand, Supply Chain, and Production.

Assess and lead future product launches or changes.

Develop sales and channel monitoring mechanisms integrated with SAP.

Create, manage, and distribute reports, trackers, and spreadsheets for management and sales teams.

Monitor margins and create pricing and discount frameworks.

Forecast demand to ensure sustainable inventory management.

Track monthly external price movements, key customer returns, and prepare findings for management.

Conduct market research and competitor price analysis.

Drive strategic price positioning aligned with brand and business goals.

Undertake any other task assigned by management.

Education

Minimum 16 years of education, preferably a Master’s degree from a recognized HEC university/institution.

Preferred fields: Marketing, Communications, or related.

Experience

Minimum 6–8 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational company.

Hands-on experience in pricing, business development, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

Strong leadership, conflict resolution, strategic thinking, time management, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Knowledge of SAP preferred.

Age: Preferably not more than 40 years.


MIDDLE MANAGEMENT – INCHARGE WAREHOUSE

Key Responsibilities

Monitor inventory levels across regional depots.

Coordinate with Managers, Distribution, and Sales staff for product requests.

Ensure effective handling of product receipts, storage, and dispatch.

Manage customer orders and ensure product availability.

Maintain safety and compliance with SOPs, HSE, and relevant legal regulations.

Coordinate with cartage contractors for product transportation.

Maintain quality management systems and documentation.

Ensure optimal inventory at up-country distribution locations.

Education

Minimum 16 years of education from a recognized local/foreign institution.

Experience

6–8 years of experience in a national/multinational company with at least 2 years in a relevant functional role.

Requirements

Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.

Strong follow-up, communication, and people management skills.

Experience dealing with contractors and drivers.

Age: Preferably not more than 40 years.


JUNIOR MANAGEMENT – SALES (South)

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong B2B customer relationships.

Conduct client site visits, meetings, and present technical product information.

Negotiate pricing and service terms with clients.

Provide advice on product applications, safety, and compliance.

Explore new networks and markets in the chemical sector.

Monitor sales performance, revenue growth, and market share.

Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and logistics to ensure customer satisfaction.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans for chemical products.

Regularly assess market trends and customer needs.

Education

Minimum 16 years of education, preferably a Master’s from an HEC-recognized university or equivalent foreign institution.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in a national/multinational organization.

At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Requirements

Strong understanding of chemicals, regulatory standards, and industrial client handling.

Ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives.

Preference given to candidates with industrial client management experience.

Age: Preferably not more than 35 years.


MIDDLE MANAGEMENT – ENVIRONMENTAL SOCIAL GOVERNANCE (ESG)

Key Responsibilities

Manage the company’s ESG data and reporting.

Identify and implement platform improvements.

Collaborate with departments and regions to ensure accurate data collection and verification.

Develop internal governance procedures for ESG.

Prepare dashboards and reports for performance tracking and external ESG ratings.

Contribute to the annual ESG data collection and reporting cycle.

Manage a team of ESG analysts (direct and indirect reports).

Education

Minimum 16 years of education, preferably a Master’s from an HEC-recognized university or equivalent.

Experience

Minimum 6–8 years of experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization.

At least 2 years of relevant experience in ESG or a similar role.

MIDDLE MANAGEMENT – PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

Key Responsibilities

Understand customer needs and behaviors through research and analysis.

Study global digital solutions and tech trends for implementation.

Collaborate with IT, Strategy, Finance, and Operations departments for product development.

Conduct feasibility analysis and prepare business cases.

Prepare business requirement documents.

Lead system integration and pilot rollout.

Drive innovation in product and technology development.

Education

Minimum 16 years of education, preferably Master’s in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience

Minimum 6 years of professional experience, preferably in a national/multinational organization.

At least 2 years in a similar or relevant role.

Requirements

Expertise in data analytics and decision-support modeling.

Strong inter-departmental collaboration skills.

Age: Preferably not more than 30 years.
