We are inviting applications for multiple roles at CarCllest, a Karachi-based company, seeking experienced professionals to join our team.
Develop the category lubricant strategy.
Select effective channel mix to drive volume growth and penetration.
Create category and channel plans to achieve objectives around volume, profitability, market share, and reach.
Analyze industry data to identify opportunities, key barriers, and consumer trends.
Implement strategies across categories and channels in coordination with Sales, Trade Marketing, Brand, Supply Chain, and Production.
Assess and lead future product launches or changes.
Develop sales and channel monitoring mechanisms integrated with SAP.
Create, manage, and distribute reports, trackers, and spreadsheets for management and sales teams.
Monitor margins and create pricing and discount frameworks.
Forecast demand to ensure sustainable inventory management.
Track monthly external price movements, key customer returns, and prepare findings for management.
Conduct market research and competitor price analysis.
Drive strategic price positioning aligned with brand and business goals.
Undertake any other task assigned by management.
Minimum 16 years of education, preferably a Master’s degree from a recognized HEC university/institution.
Preferred fields: Marketing, Communications, or related.
Minimum 6–8 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational company.
Hands-on experience in pricing, business development, and cross-functional collaboration.
Strong leadership, conflict resolution, strategic thinking, time management, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Knowledge of SAP preferred.

Monitor inventory levels across regional depots.
Coordinate with Managers, Distribution, and Sales staff for product requests.
Ensure effective handling of product receipts, storage, and dispatch.
Manage customer orders and ensure product availability.

Coordinate with cartage contractors for product transportation.
Maintain quality management systems and documentation.

6–8 years of experience in a national/multinational company with at least 2 years in a relevant functional role.
Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
Strong follow-up, communication, and people management skills.
Experience dealing with contractors and drivers.

Contribute to the annual ESG data collection and reporting cycle.
