Our client, a Karachi-based organization, is seeking to hire experienced and qualified professionals for the following positions in Middle and Junior Management. The roles require strong analytical capability, project leadership skills, and cross-functional coordination with internal teams and external vendors.
This position requires a professional capable of combining detailed business analysis with hands-on project leadership. The role involves collaborating closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and third-party vendors to analyze business needs, document requirements, and ensure timely and successful delivery of projects and enhancements.
Analyze existing business processes for the Fuel Cards function using industry-standard methodologies.
Develop SOPs, process workflows, process maps, and gap analyses.
Engage stakeholders to understand business processes and identify optimization opportunities.
Maintain updated documentation to support compliance, operations, and audits.
Conduct workshops, interviews, and user meetings to gather business requirements.
Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure feasibility and alignment with system capabilities.
Plan, coordinate, and lead the execution of assigned projects and enhancements.
Define project scope, timelines, work plans, and resource requirements.
Monitor project progress, risks, and issues, ensuring proactive problem resolution.
Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and third-party solution vendors.
Manage vendor communications, track deliverables, and ensure adherence to SLAs.
Support activities related to UAT, deployment, user training, and post-launch stabilization.
Minimum 16 years of education in:
Computer Science
Software Engineering
Software Project Management
Professional certifications such as PMP, CBAP, or Agile certifications are preferred.
Minimum 6–10 years of professional experience in:
Business analysis
Project coordination/management
Preferably in a large national or multinational organization.
Out of this, 2–6 years must be in a middle-management or similar capacity.
Strong ability in process mapping, project tracking, and documentation tools.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional teams.
Experience working with multiple internal and external stakeholders simultaneously.
This role supports financial planning, budgeting, cost analysis, and evaluation of business initiatives. It requires strong analytical capabilities, financial modeling skills, and the ability to prepare strategic insights supporting management decision-making.
Build and maintain financial models, conduct cost-benefit analysis, and perform detailed business valuations.
Conduct due diligence for ongoing and new projects.
Lead CAPEX planning, forecast expenditures, and provide strategic recommendations.
Prepare periodic reports on business performance, budget variance, and key financial outcomes.
Highlight insights, trends, and performance gaps to senior management.
Analyze market dynamics, industry movements, risks, and opportunities affecting performance.
Assess commercial, technical, and financial viability of proposed projects and investments.
Ensure alignment with organizational goals through ROI analysis and business-case development.
Identify financial risks and propose effective mitigation strategies.
Contribute to development of financial controls and governance frameworks.
Support adherence to annual budgets and business plans through variance analysis and monthly reporting.
Provide expert financial insights to support executive-level decision-making.
Collaborate with multiple functions to develop board-ready presentations and reports.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and audit requirements.
Minimum 16 years of education, preferably a Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized institution in:
Finance
Accounting
Economics
Related business disciplines
Foreign degree holders must provide equivalence where required.
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a large national/multinational company.
1–2 years of relevant functional experience in CAPEX planning, financial modeling, or investment analysis.
Proficiency in:
MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
Advanced financial modeling in Excel
Business valuation and econometric analysis
Strong ownership from idea to delivery with disciplined stakeholder engagement.
Exceptional attention to detail in financial modeling and executive-level presentations.
Skilled at synthesizing complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior decision-makers.
