Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer
(Executive Leadership Role – C-Suite)

?? Role Overview

The Managing Director / CEO will lead the company with full executive authority, under the guidance and supervision of the Board of Directors. The role includes:

• Crafting and executing strategic direction

• Ensuring operational excellence, efficiency, and profitability

• Driving organizational transformation

• Strengthening public image and stakeholder trust

• Enabling compliance with corporate governance, legal, and regulatory frameworks

• Serving as a primary interface between the company and government/regulatory bodies

You will be directly accountable to the Board of Directors and expected to uphold the company’s vision, mission, values, and long-term objectives.

? Eligibility Criteria

?? Educational Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in one of the following disciplines from an HEC-recognized institution:

  • Engineering

  • Economics

  • Energy/Engineering Management

  • Finance / Accountancy

  • Business Administration

  • Law

• Preference: Candidates with Postgraduate Degrees (Master’s or higher)

?? Professional Experience

• Minimum 20 years of post-qualification experience in large organizations

• At least 5 years experience in a C-Suite/Executive Leadership role

• Strong strategic leadership and management credentials

• Experience in oil & gas, utilities, or energy sector preferred

• Background in organizational transformation, risk management, and corporate governance
