• Age Limit: Up to 50 years

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferably First Division) from a recognized institution
  OR
• Retired officer (minimum rank Major or equivalent) from:
  • Armed Forces
  • Police Services
    OR
• Civilian candidate with relevant qualification

---

Experience

For Armed Forces / Police Personnel

• Minimum 3 years experience as Security In-charge in a leading institution

For Civilian Candidates

• Minimum 10 years experience as:
  • Security Supervisor
  • Security In-charge
  • In a reputable organization

---

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of security management and risk assessment
• Ability to:
  • Identify potential threats
  • Take timely precautionary measures
  • Develop and implement security policies, SOPs, and procedures
• Experience in managing overall institutional security systems

---

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in:
  • MS Word
  • MS Excel
  • MS PowerPoint
• Ability to:
  • Coordinate and liaise with public and private sector organizations

---

Language Requirements

• Excellent:
  • Written communication
  • Spoken communication
  • Presentation skills
• Languages required:
  • English
  • Urdu
