MEDICAL TEACHING INSTITUTION (MTI)
AYUB TEACHING HOSPITAL, ABBOTTABAD

ADVERTISEMENT: PAID HOUSE JOB POSITIONS

1. INTRODUCTION

Applications are invited from MBBS graduates for Paid House Job positions against available/vacant seats at Ayub Teaching Hospital, Abbottabad.

2. APPLICATION PROCEDURE

  • Interested candidates must submit their application on the prescribed proforma, which is available on the hospital's official website:
    www.ath.gov.pk

  • The complete application, along with attested copies of the required documents, must reach the undersigned within 10 days of the advertisement publication.

3. REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

Attested copies of the following documents must accompany the application:

  1. Academic Certificates (Degree/DMCs from 1st Professional to Final Professional MBBS)

  2. CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card)

  3. Three (03) recent passport-size photographs

  4. PMDC Provisional Registration Certificate

  5. Domicile Certificate

  6. Character Certificate from the last attended institution

4. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Candidates must fulfill the following requirements:

  • Must have passed the Final MBBS Examination

  • Minimum 60% Marks in the Final Year MBBS

  • Must be a graduate from a Pakistani Public or Private Medical College

  • Must hold a Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) Domicile

5. APPLICATION FEE

  • Fee Amount: Rs. 2,000/- (Non-Refundable)

  • Payment method will be specified on the application form/website.

6. SELECTION PROCESS

The selection will be conducted in the following stages:

Stage 1: Written Test (MCQ-Based)

  • All eligible candidates will be required to appear in an MCQ-based written test

  • The test will cover Final Year MBBS subjects

  • Candidates scoring 60% or above will be shortlisted for the interview

Stage 2: Interview

  • Interview date will be announced after the test results are declared

  • Only shortlisted candidates (based on test results) will be called for the interview

Special Condition:

If the number of applications is less than 40, the Committee may decide to forgo the MCQ test and prepare the final merit list based on:

  • Final Year MBBS Marks

  • Interview Marks

7. IMPORTANT NOTES

  • All required documents must be submitted complete and attested

  • Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be entertained

  • Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews
