Notes on Eligibility:

  • Primary Qualification: MBBS + FCPS / MPhil / equivalent recognized by PMDC / American Board or equivalent

  • Secondary Preference: Candidates with higher experience or additional certifications may be preferred

  • Experience: Relevant clinical/teaching experience in the respective specialty

  • Publications: Minimum publications in recognized journals may be required

Remuneration

  • Special salary packages will be offered for selected faculty positions (serial #8 to #11), commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Selection Procedure

  1. Shortlisting: Based on educational qualifications and relevant experience as per BoG-approved criteria.

  2. Interview: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. Minimum 70% marks in aggregate of interview evaluation by committee required.

  3. Probation: Initial appointment on contract basis for 1 year, extendable as per performance and institutional policy.

  4. NOC Requirement: Government/Semi-Government employees must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) through proper channel.

  5. Documentation: Attested copies of degrees, DMCs, CNIC, domicile certificates, and reference letters (3 references) must be submitted. Failure to provide complete documents will result in disqualification.

  6. Practice Rules: Selected candidates must comply with the IBPP Practice Rules and may not engage in private practice unless allowed under AMTI/AMC rules.
