Job Scope:

Key Responsibilities:
Manage category budgets and performance with a strong focus on profitability.
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, promotions, and sponsorships.
Develop effective go-to-market strategies in line with brand objectives.
Monitor pricing strategies and product performance in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Oversee branding initiatives and shopper marketing plans.
Coordinate with advertising, research agencies, graphic design, and marketing teams.
Drive innovation in marketing campaigns and identify future sources of category growth.
Integrate offline, digital, and social media strategies for enhanced brand visibility.
Ensure efficient use of resources while maximizing campaign impact.
Build and maintain relationships with key partners and sponsorship entities.
Qualifications:
Master’s or equivalent degree from a recognized national or international institution, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Proven ability to translate brand plans into actionable market strategies.
Experience in brand marketing, sponsorship planning, and campaign execution.
Age Requirement:
