?? 1. Manager Drilling

No. of Positions:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee drilling operations and ensure safety and efficiency.

  • Develop and manage drilling budgets, ensuring projects are completed within scope and deadlines.

  • Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.

  • Supervise and guide a team of engineers and technicians in the field.

  • Maintain relationships with contractors, service providers, and key stakeholders.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Relevant degree in Engineering (preferably Petroleum, Mechanical, or Civil).

  • At least 5-7 years of experience in drilling operations in the oil and gas sector.

  • Strong knowledge of drilling technologies and practices.

  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage teams effectively.


?? 2. Manager Engineering & Process

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead engineering and process teams to ensure the efficient and safe operation of all facilities.

  • Design, implement, and optimize processes to improve production efficiency.

  • Evaluate and manage process risks, ensuring all operations comply with safety and quality standards.

  • Coordinate with various departments to resolve engineering and process-related challenges.

  • Monitor and maintain adherence to cost and performance standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or related fields).

  • 7+ years of experience in process engineering, with expertise in the oil and gas sector.

  • In-depth knowledge of process optimization, safety regulations, and engineering best practices.

  • Strong problem-solving, leadership, and team management skills.
