Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Management Sciences, or a relevant field from an HEC-recognized university.
At least 6 years of progressive experience in Human Resource Management, covering:
Recruitment & selection
Performance management
HR operations
Policy development
Experience in establishing or developing HR functions in new organizations or initiatives—preferably within the IT sector or technology-focused organizations.
HR policy formulation and implementation
Workforce planning and talent acquisition
Compensation & benefits structuring
Employee relations and disciplinary protocols
Performance management systems
Training & development planning
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to design, establish, and optimize HR processes from the ground up
Leadership and team management capabilities
Strong analytical and report-writing skills
High integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling HR responsibilities
