Position: Manager HR

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Management Sciences, or a relevant field from an HEC-recognized university.

Minimum Experience

  • At least 6 years of progressive experience in Human Resource Management, covering:

    • Recruitment & selection

    • Performance management

    • HR operations

    • Policy development

  • Experience in establishing or developing HR functions in new organizations or initiatives—preferably within the IT sector or technology-focused organizations.

Proven Expertise In

  • HR policy formulation and implementation

  • Workforce planning and talent acquisition

  • Compensation & benefits structuring

  • Employee relations and disciplinary protocols

  • Performance management systems

  • Training & development planning

Key Skills Required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to design, establish, and optimize HR processes from the ground up

  • Leadership and team management capabilities

  • Strong analytical and report-writing skills

  • High integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling HR responsibilities
