Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Transplantation Regulatory Authority (KP-MTRA)

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Transplantation Regulatory Authority (KP-MTRA) is an autonomous body established under the KP Medical Transplantation Regulatory Authority Act, 2014. The Authority is responsible for regulating, monitoring, and controlling all transplantation activities related to human organs, tissues, and cells within Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Applications are invited from eligible candidates domiciled in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, including newly merged districts, for the following vacant post:

VACANT POSITION DETAILS

Minimum Qualification & Experience

• At least Second Class Master’s Degree in Business Administration (HRM) or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university;
  AND

• Minimum three (03) years post-qualification experience in the relevant field in any public sector organization.

Age Limit

• 25 to 35 years

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test. Detailed scrutiny will be conducted by the appointing authority, and any candidate found ineligible at any stage shall be disqualified.

2. All candidates must create a profile on the ETEA website. Before applying or depositing the fee, candidates must print an E-Sahulat token and verify their CNIC from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise.

3. Interview call letters will be issued to shortlisted candidates only.

4. The ETEA screening test is conducted solely for shortlisting purposes.

5. No TA/DA will be admissible for test or interview.

6. Candidates must be eligible in all respects by the last date of application submission.

7. Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be entertained.

8. Candidates working in Government/Semi-Government organizations must apply through proper channel.

9. Irrelevant experience will not be considered.

10. Appointment shall be made on a regular basis under the KP-MTRA Employees (Terms & Conditions of Service) Policy.

11. Age will be calculated as of the last date of submission, with age relaxation admissible as per policy.

12. KP-MTRA reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process, or increase/decrease the number of posts without assigning any reason.

13. Candidates holding foreign degrees or equivalent qualifications must provide HEC equivalency certificates.

14. Errors or omissions in the number of posts are subject to correction.

15. Shortlisted candidates must bring original documents, CNIC, and attested photocopies at the time of interview.

16. Document verification fees shall be paid by the selected candidates. If any fake or misleading information is found, the appointment shall be cancelled automatically.

HOW TO APPLY

1. Visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply online for the post.

2. After successful submission, an online deposit slip (with token number, project code, and candidate details) will be generated.

3. Print the deposit slip and submit the non-refundable test fee through:

   • Easypaisa App or Agent

   • Any branch of UBL Bank

4. Keep the original candidate copy of the deposit slip safely.

5. Do not send documents to the ETEA office after online application. Documents will be required only after qualifying the screening test.

6. Online application forms will be available from 15th January 2026.

7. Last date for submission of online applications: 31st January 2026

8. Candidates will be informed via SMS to download and print their Roll Number Slips from the ETEA website.

9. Test date, time, and venue will be mentioned on the Roll Number Slip.

10. No separate call letter will be issued through post or courier.
