JOB OPPORTUNITIES

Online applications are invited from eligible and suitable candidates belonging to District Mansehra, including Hazara Division of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Preference will be given to candidates having domicile of District Mansehra. In case of non-availability of suitable local candidates, applicants from adjacent/nearest districts will be considered, subject to fulfillment of all codal formalities.

Applications are invited for the following paramedical staff positions on need basis, under the administrative control of the Medical Superintendent, Govt. Mental & General Hospital Dadar, Mansehra.

Available Positions

1. Clinical Technician Anesthesia

• BPS: 12

• Number of Posts: 01

• Minimum Qualification:

  • Secondary School Certificate (SSC)

  • Two (02) years Diploma in relevant field from Medical Faculty Peshawar

• Age Limit: 18 to 30 years

2. Clinical Technician Pharmacy

• BPS: 12

• Number of Posts: 02

• Minimum Qualification:

  • Secondary School Certificate (SSC)

  • Two (02) years Diploma in relevant field from Medical Faculty Peshawar

• Age Limit: 18 to 30 years

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Candidates will be allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test. However, detailed scrutiny will be conducted by the appointing authority. Any candidate found ineligible at any stage shall be disqualified.

2. All candidates must create a profile on the ETEA website. After profile creation and before applying or fee submission, candidates must print the E-Sahulat Token from the ETEA website and verify their CNIC from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise. Without verification, application submission will not be possible.

3. Candidates qualifying the ETEA test will be screened further based on eligibility criteria.

4. Interview call letters will be issued to shortlisted candidates only.

5. Candidates must be eligible in all respects by the last date of application submission.

6. Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date will not be entertained.

7. Age relaxation will be admissible as per existing Government rules.

8. Candidates already working in Government/Semi-Government organizations must apply through proper channel.

9. Candidates applying for more than one post must apply separately for each post with a separate fee.

10. The competent authority reserves the right to cancel or reject any application without assigning any reason, or in case of amendments in service/ATP rules.

11. Errors or omissions in the number of posts are subject to rectification. Vacancies may be increased or decreased.

12. Any false information or misrepresentation at any stage will lead to disqualification from the recruitment process.

13. Shortlisted candidates shall submit attested photocopies of all documents immediately to the Medical Superintendent for security purposes.

14. Shortlisted candidates must bring original documents, CNIC, and attested photocopies at the time of interview.

15. Verification fee of documents will be borne by the selected candidate. In case of fake documents, the appointment will be cancelled automatically.

16. No TA/DA will be admissible for test or interview.

17. Candidates holding foreign degrees must provide equivalence certificates from HEC.

HOW TO APPLY

1. Interested candidates should visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply online.

2. After successful submission of the online application, a prescribed online deposit slip (containing token number, project code, and candidate details) will be generated.

3. Print the deposit slip and deposit the non-refundable test fee via Easypaisa App/Agent or at any UBL Bank branch.

4. Keep the original bank-stamped deposit slip (candidate copy) for record and do not share it with anyone.

5. Do not send documents to ETEA after applying online. Documents will only be required from candidates who qualify the screening test.

6. Online application forms will be available on www.etea.edu.pk from 15th January, 2026.

7. Last date for submission of online applications: 5th February, 2026.

8. Candidates will be informed via SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll Number Slips from the website. Do not provide ported or converted mobile numbers.

9. Test date, time, and venue will be mentioned on the Roll Number Slip.

10. No separate call letter will be issued through postal or courier services.
