Applications are invited from qualified and experienced candidates for appointment on a purely contractual basis for an initial period of one (01) year for the Chief Secretary’s Service Delivery Unit (CSSDU). Appointments will be made on a Market-Based Salary (MBS) structure.

Positions are available across the Social & Services Wing and Economic Growth Wing.
Minimum 16 years of education in a relevant field.
Preference will be given based on the quality and ranking of the degree-awarding institution, in the following order:
Top-tier international universities
National centers of excellence
Traditional public-sector centers of excellence
Other recognized universities

Shortlisted candidates will undergo a standardized aptitude test similar to GRE, applicable for MBS-I to MBS-IV.

Detailed interviews will be conducted to assess candidates’ suitability for the respective roles.
Marks from previous phases will not be carried forward.
Government, semi-government, or autonomous organization employees must apply through the proper channel.

No TA/DA will be admissible.
The competent authority reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel the number of posts.
