Position 1: Manager Cybersecurity

Location: Karachi

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee Security Operations Center (SOC) functions, ensuring continuous monitoring, detection, and response to cybersecurity threats.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the organization’s cybersecurity strategy, policies, and frameworks.

  • Conduct enterprise-wide risk assessments, manage cybersecurity risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.

  • Oversee infrastructure, network, cloud, and application security, including secure configuration management and architecture reviews.

  • Lead vulnerability management and VAPT programs, prioritizing remediation efforts based on risk levels.

  • Manage and coordinate incident response, threat hunting, and forensic investigations, including post-incident reviews and corrective action plans.

  • Supervise, mentor, and develop cybersecurity team members to enhance skills and operational effectiveness.

  • Drive security awareness and training programs across the organization.

  • Collaborate with IT, Cloud, DevOps, and internal/external stakeholders to embed security into projects and daily operations.

  • Prepare and present security metrics, risk assessments, and executive dashboards to the Head of Department.

Required Education, Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Security or Computer Science from an HEC-recognized institute/university.

  • 4–6 years of relevant professional experience in cybersecurity.

  • Relevant certifications such as CEH, CISA, and Cloud Security (AWS/Azure) will be preferred.

  • Proven experience in network and system security, SOC tools, and incident response.

  • Strong understanding of cloud security and application security.

Position 2: Assistant Manager Administration

Location: Karachi

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage facility rental schedules and ensure availability without booking conflicts.

  • Coordinate event setups, including seating arrangements, sound systems, multimedia support, and overall cleanliness.

  • Supervise ICAP events, examination seating arrangements, and rental facilities to ensure established standards are maintained.

  • Assist in event planning, including menu selection and protocol arrangements.

  • Supervise pool vehicles, maintaining usage records, servicing schedules, repair documentation, and compliance.

  • Assist in handling vehicle insurance claims and traffic infringement matters.

  • Supervise all janitorial staff, assign duties, and monitor performance.

  • Oversee the operation and maintenance of security camera systems at Head Office.

  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by senior management.

Required Qualification, Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university.

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in office administration, people services, or operations, preferably within an educational or professional institution.

  • Experience in documentation, records management, and event coordination is desirable.
