Location: Gujranwala
Reporting Line: Reports to the Regional Head North, based in Lahore
Oversee day-to-day operations of the ICAP Gujranwala Office, ensuring a professional and efficient working environment
Facilitate students, members, education partners, and visitors by responding to inquiries and providing accurate guidance regarding ICAP processes and the Chartered Accountancy profession
Manage submission, verification, and processing of exemption/admission forms, examination forms, trainee contracts, membership applications, and related documentation
Coordinate with ICAP Head Office to resolve queries from students and education partners and liaise with members in the region
Provide counseling to prospective students and parents, promoting awareness of the CA qualification
Support and coordinate seminars, workshops, and other ICAP activities in the region
Handle administrative functions including office management, document and asset security, file maintenance, memo records, work plans, and library operations
Perform basic accounts-related tasks for office operations and assist in administrative arrangements for ICAP examinations
Carry out any other tasks assigned by senior management from time to time
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university
3–5 years of relevant experience in office administration, student affairs, people services, or operations, preferably within an educational or professional institution
Experience in documentation handling, records management, reporting, and event coordination or outreach will be considered an advantage
Prior exposure to working with students, educational institutions, or membership-based organizations is preferred
Understanding of ICAP structure, CA qualification pathways, and education administration will be an added advantage
Shortlisted candidates will be required to go through ICAP’s formal selection process
