Department: I-Thrive (ICAP’s Innovation & Incubation Program)
ICAP seeks to induct a devoted, dynamic, and creative professional to play a leading role in nurturing the next generation of innovators through its flagship initiative, I-Thrive. The selected individual will plan and execute incubation programs, manage innovation-driven digital platforms, and collaborate with key partners in the startup ecosystem.
Program Leadership:
Plan, design, and execute incubation cohorts and other development initiatives under the I-Thrive program.
Ecosystem Coordination:
Liaise with mentors, startups, partners, and industry stakeholders to ensure seamless program delivery and impactful outcomes.
Digital Platform Management:
Oversee the I-Thrive incubation portal and related digital platforms, including content uploads, updates, and promotional campaigns.
Startup Engagement:
Manage all startups associated with the I-Thrive Incubation Center, ensuring continuous training, mentorship, and engagement throughout the pre-incubation and incubation phases.
Community Building:
Foster and sustain a vibrant community of innovators, mentors, entrepreneurs, and changemakers.
Content & Research:
Develop and curate research-based digital content to highlight I-Thrive’s impact, innovation stories, and success case studies.
Partnership Development:
Support outreach efforts to ORICs (Offices of Research, Innovation, and Commercialization), Business Incubation Centers (BICs), research institutes, and technology hubs to strengthen the collaborative ecosystem.
Administrative & Committee Support:
Provide secretarial and operational assistance to the Incubation Committee, ensuring effective coordination and communication across all stakeholders.
Education:
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Innovation Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
Experience:
2 to 4 years of relevant professional experience in:
Startup incubation or innovation programs
Project coordination
Community engagement or entrepreneurial development
Preferred Skills:
Experience in digital content creation or platform management will be considered a strong plus.
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, innovation-focused environment.
