MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAMME

Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC), a state-owned enterprise under the Ministry of Energy (Petroleum Division), Government of Pakistan, invites applications for its Management Trainee Programme. This one-year, on-the-job training program aims to provide capacity-building opportunities for young professionals. The program is contractual, does not establish an employer-employee relationship, and does not guarantee future employment with PMDC.

Eligibility Criteria

  1. Nationality: Local or foreign-qualified Pakistani nationals.
  2. Education:
    • Bachelor’s or master’s degree (minimum 16 years of education) from an institution recognized by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan.
    • Minimum CGPA of 3.0.
    • Graduation year: 2023 or 2024 (candidates may have post-qualification experience).
  3. Age Limit: Maximum 28 years as of the date of advertisement.

Selection Process

  1. Assessment Stages:

    • Written Test
    • Interview

  2. Merit-Based Selection:

    • 30%: Academic performance.
    • 40%: Written test.
    • 30%: Interview.

Stipend

  • Monthly Stipend: PKR 80,000/-
