Recruitment / Appointment against 01-BS to 04-BS Non-Technical Posts in the Office of the Collector / Deputy Commissioner, Tando Allah Yar

In compliance with the Government of Sindh's policy and the Cabinet Division's decision dated 01 December 2025, applications are invited from candidates holding domicile of District Tando Allah Yar for initial recruitment / appointment against the following vacant posts (01-BPS to 04-BPS).

Terms & Conditions / General Instructions

  1. Applications must reach the Personal Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Tando Allah Yar, by courier or by hand.

  2. Domicile: Tando Allah Yar.

  3. Qualification & Experience: Preferably a literate person.

  4. Applications must necessarily be accompanied by two passport-size photographs, attested copies of CNIC, Domicile, PRC, and educational and experience certificates (if required).

  5. The last date for submission of applications is within 10 days from the date of publication of the advertisement.

  6. Quota: Under the rules of government policy, 15% reserved for women, 15% for minorities, 5% for disabled persons.

  7. Government employees should apply through proper channel.

  8. According to government policy, 60% rural and 40% urban quota shall be implemented.

  9. Under the applicable rules of government policy, a general relaxation of (05) years in the upper age limit shall be given, as circulated vide Notification No. SO-II(SGA&CD)5-64/2011 (Part File) dated 16-10-2024.

  10. Incomplete applications will not be entertained.

  11. The posts are purely on a temporary basis and will be made permanent after completion of the probation period, as provided under the Sindh Service (Appointment, Promotion and Transfers) Rules, 1973.

  12. The number of posts may be increased or decreased. No person shall have the right to challenge this.

  13. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.

  14. No TA/DA will be given.

  15. Recruitment will be made strictly on the basis of merit and transparency.
