The Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Swabi, invites online applications from eligible candidates holding domicile of District Swabi for the following vacant positions.

Vacancy Details

1. Assistant (BPS-16)

  • Number of Posts: 01 (Merit)

  • Age Limit: 18 to 30 years

  • Required Qualification:

    • Bachelor’s Degree (at least Second Division) from a recognized university.

2. Computer Operator (BPS-16)

  • Number of Posts: 01 (Merit)

  • Age Limit: 18 to 28 years

  • Required Qualification:

    • Second Class Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology from a recognized university
      OR

    • Second Class Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university with a one-year Diploma in Information Technology (DIT) from a recognized Board of Technical Education.

  • Preference will be given to candidates having proficiency in typing in both English and Urdu.

3. Patwari (BPS-09)

  • Number of Posts: 04

    • Merit: 02

    • Female Quota: 01

    • Disabled Quota: 01

  • Age Limit: 18 to 35 years

  • Required Qualification:

    • Intermediate (Second Division) or equivalent qualification from a recognized board.

    • Must have passed the Patwar examination and be registered in the relevant District Collectorate record.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on the documents provided. Detailed scrutiny will be conducted by the appointing authority. If any discrepancy is found, the candidate may be disqualified at any stage of the recruitment process.

  2. All candidates must create a profile on the ETEA website and verify their CNIC number.

  3. Age relaxation will be granted as per Government rules.

  4. Government employees must apply through the proper channel.

  5. No TA/DA will be admissible for test or interview.

Procedure for Submission of Application

  1. Interested candidates must apply online through: www.etea.edu.pk

  2. After submitting the online application, candidates must:

    • Print the deposit slip

    • Deposit the prescribed test fee at any branch of UBL Bank or through Easypaisa/JazzCash as instructed

    • Keep the original candidate copy of the deposit slip for record

  3. Do not send documents to the ETEA office at this stage. Only shortlisted/qualified candidates will be asked to submit documents later.

  4. Online application forms will be available from 20 February 2026.

  5. Last date for submission of online application: 10 March 2026.

  6. Candidates will be informed via SMS regarding downloading of Roll Number Slips.
