The Office of the Collector / Deputy Commissioner, District Tando Allahyar has officially announced job vacancies and is inviting applications from eligible candidates. This recruitment drive is conducted in accordance with Government of Sindh policy and the Cabinet Decision dated 01-12-2025. Only candidates holding a domicile of District Tando Allahyar are eligible to apply for the listed non-technical posts.

Application Requirements

Each application must be accompanied by the following documents:

  1. Two (2) recent passport-size photographs

  2. Attested photocopies of:

    • Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC)

    • Domicile

    • Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC)

    • Educational certificates

    • Experience certificates (if required)

All applications must reach the Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Tando Allahyar either through courier or in person.

Terms & Conditions / General Instructions (Detailed)

  1. How to Apply: Applications, along with two passport-size photographs and attested copies of CNIC, Domicile, PRC, educational and experience certificates (if required), must reach through courier or in person at the Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Tando Allahyar.

  2. Deadline: The last date for submission of applications shall be within seven (07) working days from the date of publication of the advertisement.

  3. Reserved Quota: The quota reserved shall be 15% for Women, 5% for Minorities, and 5% for Disabled persons, as per the rules and government policy.

  4. Government Employees: Government employees should apply through proper channel.

  5. Rural/Urban Quota: The Rural 60% and Urban 40% quota shall be maintained as per Government Policy.

  6. Age Relaxation: General age relaxation in the upper age limit of 05 years shall be allowed as per Government Policy rules in vogue, as circulated vide Notification No. SO-II(SGA&CD)5-64/2011 (part file) dated 16-10-2024.

  7. Incomplete Applications: Incomplete applications will not be entertained.

  8. Nature of Employment: The vacancies are purely on a temporary basis and will be made permanent after completion of the probation period, as provided under the Sindh Service (Appointment, Promotion & Transfers) Rules, 1973.

  9. Change in Vacancies: The number of vacancies can be increased or decreased; nobody shall have the right to challenge the same.

  10. Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.

  11. Travel Allowance: No TA/DA will be admissible.

  12. Merit Basis: The recruitment will be made strictly on the basis of merit and transparency.
