Subject: Situation Vacant – Recruitment/Appointment Against Non-Technical Posts of BPS-01 to BPS-04

1. INTRODUCTION

Applications are invited for initial recruitment/appointment against non-technical posts of BPS-01 to BPS-04 in the Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Shikarpur. Candidates must possess a Domicile of District Shikarpur.

5 Sanitary Worker 02 18 to 28 years i) Primary Pass with one-year related experience
6 Chowkidar 01 18 to 28 years i) Matric at least C Grade from recognized Board
7 Electrician 01 18 to 28 years i) Matriculate with Professional Certificate
8 Generator Operator 01 18 to 28 years i) Secondary School Certificate (second division) from a recognized Board with one year's experience as generator operator
9 Malhi 01 18 to 28 years i) Matric at least C Grade from recognized Board, related experience
10 Plumber 01 18 to 28 years i) Matric with trade certificate in Plumbing
11 Kotar 02 18 to 28 years i) Middle-pass to Matriculation
ii) Field work / Local knowledge of District Areas / Boundaries

3. TERMS & CONDITIONS / GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Application Format: The application must be submitted on the prescribed format (provided below) along with:

    • Two (2) passport size photographs

    • Attested copies of testimonials of academic qualification

    • Attested copy of CNIC

    • Attested copy of Domicile

    • Attested copy of PRC's

    • Experience Certificate (if required)

  2. Submission Deadline: The last date of submission of application is 25th November 2026.

  3. Reserved Quotas:

    • 05% quota for Women

    • 05% quota for Minorities

    • 05% quota for Disabled persons

    • 05% quota for Transgenders
      (Reserved under the rules/government policy)

  4. Government Servants: Applicants already serving in government service shall apply through their respective departments/proper channels.

  5. Age Relaxation: There shall be a general relaxation in upper age limit of five (5) years as per government Policy/Rules in vogue.

  6. Canvassing: Canvassing in any form or manner will disqualify the candidates.

  7. Vacancy Numbers: The number of vacancies may be increased or decreased; nobody will have the right to challenge the same.

  8. Shortlisting: Only eligible/shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interviews.

  9. Nature of Appointment: The vacancies are purely temporary basis and will be permanent basis after completion of probation period as provided under the Sindh Services Appointment, Promotion & Transfers Rules, 1973.

  10. TA/DA: No TA/DA is admissible to the candidates who appeared for test/interviews.
