Vacancy Announcement

A government institution is inviting applications from Pakistani citizens for appointment on a permanent basis against the following vacancy. Interested candidates who meet the prescribed criteria should send their application along with two plain self-addressed envelopes to Admin Officer, EME Center Record Wing, Quetta Cantt within 15 days of the publication of this advertisement. Preference will be given to candidates having additional education from a recognized institution and relevant experience. The required qualifications, experience, and regional/provincial quota details are as follows:

Application Instructions

  1. Applicants must send their application along with attested copies of the following documents within 15 days of the publication of this advertisement to SRO, EME Center Record Wing, Quetta Cantt:

    • Educational certificates

    • Domicile

    • Experience certificates

    • CNIC (National Identity Card)

    • Two recent passport-size photographs

  2. Government employees should send their applications through proper channel.

  3. Every applicant must mention their mobile number in the application. Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be considered.

  4. A postal order of Rs. 500 (in favor of SRO, EME Center Record Wing, Quetta Cantt) must be attached with the application, along with Rs. 50 stamp paper.

  5. Age eligibility: Candidates whose age falls between 18 to 25 years, including the general 5-year age relaxation, as of 15 days after the publication of this advertisement, are eligible to apply.

    • Retired military personnel can apply if their age does not exceed 45 years as of the last date of application.

  6. Applicants must present original documents at the time of test/interview.

  7. No TA/DA will be given for appearing in the test/interview.

  8. Only eligible and shortlisted candidates will be called for the test/interview.
