Job Opportunity

NADRA Technologies Limited (NTL) is seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals for the position described below. We are looking for candidates with excellent educational qualifications and professional experience.

Position

Location: Islamabad
Maximum Age Limit: 32 years

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Educational Qualification: MBA, BB, or equivalent

  • Professional Experience:

    • Must have at least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in the Human Resources (HR) domain.

    • Experience in payroll, employee benefits programs, and compensation management will be highly regarded.

    • Strong experience with HRIS and data management systems.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

  • Develop and manage the payroll structure and ensure accurate salary disbursement.

  • Oversee and supervise employee benefit programs and ensure their efficient operation.

  • Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and performance.

  • Assist in performance evaluations and implement required actions based on reviews.

  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in HR processes.

  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel and data management tools.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
