Applications are invited from qualified, dedicated, and experienced candidates for faculty positions at HITMS, under the HEC-funded project titled:

"Establishment of Federal Institute at Hyderabad"

These positions are contract-based for a period of 2 years.

?? Qualification & Eligibility Criteria

1. Associate Professor (BPS-20)

• Qualification: PhD in the relevant field from an HEC-recognized institution with no 3rd division in academic career.

• Experience (any one of the following):

  • 10 years teaching/research experience in a recognized university or higher education institution, including 5 years of teaching.

  • OR 10 years professional experience in a national/international organization, with 5 years in teaching.

  • OR 5 years post-PhD teaching/research or professional experience.

• Research: Minimum 10 research publications, with at least 4 in the last 5 years in HEC-recognized journals.

• Additional Preference:

  • Expertise in OBE (Outcome-Based Education).

  • Experience in curriculum development, academic administration, and accreditation.

2. Assistant Professor (BPS-19)

• Qualification: PhD in the relevant field from an HEC-recognized institution with no 3rd division in academic career.

• Experience: Candidates with 1–2 years of teaching or research experience will be given preference.

3. Lecturer (BPS-18)

• Qualification: Master’s degree (equivalent to 18 years of education) with minimum 3.0 CGPA (First Class) in:

  • Mathematics

  • English

  • Finance

• Must be from an HEC-recognized university/institution with no 3rd division in academic career.

• Experience: Candidates with 1–2 years of teaching or research experience will be given preference.

2. Processing Fee:

   • Rs. 5,000/- (Non-refundable) via Demand Draft / Pay Order in favor of:

     Hyderabad Institute for Technology & Management Sciences

3. Submission:

   • Submit the filled application form along with supporting documents to the Registrar Office at the address below.

   • Deadline: Within 15 days from the date of this advertisement.

4. Required Documents:

   • Duly filled application form

   • Attested copies of all degrees, certificates, CNIC, and experience letters

   • One recent passport-size photograph

   • For Associate Professor: Submit 5 sets of complete application including research publications

   • For Assistant Professor & Lecturer: Submit 1 set

5. General Conditions:

   • Applicants in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Bodies must apply through proper channel.

   • Maximum Age Limit: 45 years (relaxable for highly qualified or government employees).

   • Separate applications must be submitted for each post with a separate processing fee.

   • Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.

   • Clearly mention the post applied for on the envelope.

   • The Institute reserves the right to cancel, increase, or decrease the number of posts.

   • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview/test.
