Our client, a Karachi-based organization, is seeking experienced professionals for the following roles.
Support the Corporate Communications team in developing and executing communication initiatives, managing media relations, coordinating content, organizing events, and maintaining a positive brand reputation.
Assist in managing media relations and responding to media queries in line with corporate/brand messaging.
Draft materials for external media communication, including press releases, statements, and social media content.
Support content development for internal newsletters, including coordination with different departments.
Help organize events, including logistics, branding, agency coordination, and on-site assistance.
Assist in preparing internal and external reports ensuring accuracy and alignment with communication standards.
Collaborate on the development of quarterly and annual financial reports, including content editing and coordination.
Work with external vendors, agencies, and media contacts.
Perform other administrative and content-related tasks as required.
Minimum of 16 years of education (Master’s degree preferred) from an HEC-recognized institution in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
3-4 years of professional experience, ideally in a large national or multinational organization, with 1-2 years in a junior management role.
Assist in implementing communication strategies to enhance the company's reputation.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Excellent time management, organizational, and attention to detail skills.
Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.

Manage Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) matters, offering technical and administrative assistance in decision-making processes. Support the business functions through audits, training, and advisory services to foster a proactive HSE culture.
Continually improve the HSE Management System to promote a proactive culture.
Plan and conduct HSE audits as per the HSE Audit Plan for various facilities and retail outlets.
Implement Process Safety Management (PSM) across operational locations, ensuring compliance with international standards.
Promote HSE digitization efforts and guide the roll-out of HSE processes.
Stay updated on HSE-related laws and industry trends to advise on policies and procedures.
Conduct training and mentoring sessions for stakeholders in HSE practices.
Advise on fire safety, emergency response plans, and incident investigations.
Support environmental management and sustainability initiatives.
Minimum of 16 years of education in Engineering, preferably with a Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized institution.
6-8 years of professional experience, with 4-6 years of relevant functional experience in a similar role.
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to develop and implement HSE policies and procedures.
Ensure coordination across all stakeholders to promote a proactive HSE culture.
Candidate should preferably be no more than 40 years old at the time of application.
Support legal and regulatory compliance for corporate governance, focusing on corporate law, SECP regulations, and PSX rules. Provide advisory services and monitor legal requirements.
Ensure compliance with laws, including the Companies Act, SECP directives, and PSX regulations.
Assist in organizing Board and Shareholder meetings, preparing resolutions, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
Help with regulatory filings and liaise with external legal advisors.
Represent the company in legal matters and dispute resolutions.
Monitor legal and regulatory changes, advising management on compliance and governance.
Minimum of 16 years of education (Master’s preferred) from an HEC-recognized institution in relevant disciplines.
3-4 years of professional experience in corporate law, ideally in a listed organization or law firm.
Strong understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and public sector frameworks.
Expertise in legal advisory and compliance matters.
