Junior Management Position – Performance Review


Company Overview

Our client, a Karachi-based organization, is seeking to appoint experienced professionals for a junior management-level position in Performance Review. Key Responsibilities

As part of the Performance Review team, the selected candidate will be responsible for:

Business & Financial Analysis

Conduct in-depth analysis of business plans and build financial models from scratch.

Perform due diligence and valuation of potential investments and conceptual projects.

Project Feasibility & Risk Management

Develop project feasibilities from commercial, technical, and financial standpoints.

Monitor project milestones, identify potential risks, assess impact, and implement mitigation strategies.

Reporting & Presentation

Prepare detailed financial reports, board packs, and executive-ready presentations to support strategic decision-making.

Generate monthly/periodic business performance reports, analyzing trends and making data-driven recommendations.

Budgeting & Forecasting

Construct comprehensive budgets for projects at various stages of maturity.

Develop revenue forecasts based on historical data and anticipated market trends.

Stakeholder Engagement & Internal Controls

Build effective working relationships with internal teams to enable seamless collaboration.

Assist in developing and implementing internal controls, and support audit completion processes.

Research & Insights

Conduct extensive research from credible external sources, consolidate findings, and assess their strategic impact.


Desired Skills & Competencies

Exceptional attention to detail and precision in developing executive-level presentations and concept papers.

Strong analytical abilities to distill complex research and metrics into clear, actionable insights.

Demonstrated end-to-end project ownership, from ideation to delivery.

Excellent multitasking and collaboration skills, with a track record of timely, high-quality output.

Ability to thrive in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.

Quick learner with adaptability for ad-hoc tasks, including reporting and analysis.

Expertise in financial modeling, company valuation, and investment analysis.

Sound understanding of macroeconomic trends, regulatory changes, and industry dynamics.


Educational Requirements

Minimum: 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized or equivalent foreign university.

Preferred: Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.

Certifications: CFA (Level 1 or higher) or other finance-related certifications will be a strong advantage.

Additional: Project management experience is a plus.


Experience Requirements

Total Experience: 3–4 years of professional experience.

Relevant Functional Experience: At least 1–2 years.

Preferred Background: Corporate Strategy or FP&A (not mandatory).


Technical Proficiencies

Strong understanding of financial modeling and business valuation techniques.

Excellent verbal and written communication, including report writing.

Proficiency in:

MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio)

Power BI and related data visualization tools

Strong ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Skilled in data analysis, large datasets, and econometric tools.


Age Requirement

Candidates should preferably not be older than 34 years as of the last date of application submission.
