WALK-IN TEST / INTERVIEW ANNOUNCEMENT

NADRA invites eligible candidates to participate in Walk-In Tests and Interviews for various positions in Azad Jammu & Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan regions. Details of positions, age limits, district-wise test schedule, and conditions are provided below.

A. NADRA REGIONAL HEAD OFFICE – AZAD JAMMU & KASHMIR (Muzaffarabad)

Position: Executive (Data Entry Operator)

  • Age Limit: Maximum 25 Years

  • Qualification & Experience:

    • Intermediate / Graduation (Preferred)

    • Proficient typing skills

    • Computer literacy (MS Office)

    • Relevant experience will be preferred

  • District: Muzaffarabad

  • Test/Interview Day & Time:

    • Tuesday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

  • Venue:
    Human Resource Section
    NADRA Regional Head Office,
    Old Poultry Farm Road, Center Plate, Muzaffarabad

Terms & Conditions (AJK)

  1. Candidates must bring Original CNIC, educational documents, and experience certificates.

  2. Only shortlisted candidates will be interviewed.

  3. No TA/DA shall be provided.

  4. Posting is for a probation period, extendable based on performance; the position does not lead to permanent/regular appointment.

  5. Requests for test/interview rescheduling will not be entertained.

B. NADRA REGIONAL HEAD OFFICE – GILGIT-BALTISTAN

1. Deputy Director / Office In-Charge

  • Age Limit: Maximum 30 Years

  • District: Gilgit

  • Test Date & Day: Sunday, 2025

  • Day & Time: 10:00 AM onwards

  • Qualification & Experience:

    • Master’s / Bachelor’s Degree

    • Strong administrative and supervisory experience required

2. Executive (Data Entry Operator)

  • Age Limit: Maximum 28 Years

  • District: Tangir

  • Test Day & Time: Monday, 1:00 PM onwards

  • Qualification:

    • Intermediate / Graduation

    • Typing proficiency and computer skills required

3. Naib Qasid

  • Age Limit: Maximum 40 Years

  • District: Gilgit

  • Qualification & Experience:

    • Middle / Matric

    • Relevant field experience preferred

  • Test Date: 11 December 2025

Terms & Conditions (Gilgit-Baltistan)

  1. Candidates must bring Original CNIC, domicile, educational and experience certificates.

  2. Only shortlisted candidates will be considered.

  3. No TA/DA will be admissible.

  4. No request for relaxation in schedule shall be entertained.

  5. Selected candidates will be hired on contract basis; no claim for permanency will be granted.
