NADRA is seeking experienced and qualified professionals for various technical and engineering positions. These appointments are open to Pakistani nationals with the relevant education, experience, and competencies.

1. Assistant Director – Electrical Engineering Services

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from a HEC-recognized university.

  • PEC registration is mandatory.

Age Limit:

  • Maximum 37 years

Professional Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in electrical engineering within construction or industrial projects.

  • Proficiency in generating engineering drawings, electrical documents, project plans, system design, and specifications.

  • Experience with lighting, grounding, fire alarm, anti-voltage systems, and other electrical systems.

  • Ability to draft engineering documentation, method statements, and reports.

  • Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with statutory codes, local regulations, and project specifications.

  • Strong coordination with architects, mechanical engineers, MEP teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.

  • Proficiency in engineering software (CAD, MS Office, etc.)

2. Assistant Director – Civil Engineering Services

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Technology or equivalent from a HEC-recognized university.

Age Limit:

  • Maximum 37 years

Professional Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in civil construction projects.

  • Ability to develop civil engineering designs, drawings, and planning documents, including layout plans, cost estimation, and work schedules.

  • Supervision of steel works, excavation, concrete work, and structural testing.

  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.

  • Conduct inspections for quality assurance and compliance with engineering standards and safety codes.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and engineering standards.

3. Technician – Quantity Surveyor

Educational Requirements:

  • Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Civil Technology or equivalent from a recognized board.

Age Limit:

  • Maximum 25 years

Professional Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.

  • Ability to read construction drawings and perform accurate quantity calculations.

  • Maintain records of work progress, measurements, and SOR.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.

  • Coordinate with site staff and contractors for measurements and compliance.
