Overview:

NAPA is seeking experienced IT Support Officers with a minimum diploma/bachelor's degree in Information Technology. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in IT system support and maintenance, including CCTV systems, at a reputable organization. This role involves troubleshooting, maintaining, and upgrading both hardware and software, as well as managing and supporting surveillance infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hardware & Software Support: Provide comprehensive support for both hardware and software to ensure optimal performance of IT systems.
  • Network Administration: Oversee the organization's network, ensuring stable and efficient connectivity.
  • CCTV System Management: Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV surveillance systems.
  • System & Server Maintenance: Ensure servers and IT infrastructure are maintained and updated regularly.
  • Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide on-demand technical assistance for resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Website Maintenance: Expertise in managing and maintaining websites, specifically with WordPress.
  • Security & Data Protection: Implement measures for securing data and protecting the organization's IT systems.
  • Installation & Configuration: Install and configure new hardware and software, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
  • Training & Support: Provide training and technical support to staff on IT systems and best practices.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records and reports related to IT systems, issues, and resolutions.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in IT support, hardware/software maintenance, and CCTV system management.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of IT systems, network administration, CCTV systems, and WordPress.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently.
  • Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams within the organization.
  • Security Awareness: Understanding of security protocols and data protection practices.
