The National Academy of Performing Arts (NAPA), Pakistan’s premier institution for performing arts education and cultural development, invites applications from qualified and experienced professionals for the position of Human Resource Manager.
This role is responsible for leading and managing the Academy’s human resources function, ensuring effective HR strategies, policies, and practices that support organizational goals.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with NAPA’s mission and objectives
Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
Oversee performance management systems and employee development initiatives
Implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Handle employee relations, grievance management, and workplace discipline
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and regulations
Provide HR advisory support to management and staff
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Proven experience in human resource management
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and professionalism
