Career Opportunity

Position:

Head – NAPA Repertory Theatre (NRT)

The National Academy of Performing Arts (NAPA) invites applications from accomplished and visionary theatre professionals for the position of Head, NAPA Repertory Theatre (NRT).

Role Overview:

The Head of NAPA Repertory Theatre will provide strong artistic and managerial leadership for NAPA’s repertory theatre initiatives. The role demands extensive experience in theatre production, repertory programming, and team leadership, along with a deep commitment to advancing NAPA’s national theatre mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide artistic direction and leadership for NAPA Repertory Theatre productions

  • Develop and oversee repertory programming aligned with NAPA’s vision

  • Lead and manage creative, technical, and production teams

  • Ensure high standards of theatrical excellence and innovation

  • Contribute to the growth and national impact of NAPA’s theatre activities

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Advanced qualification in Theatre, Performing Arts, or an equivalent discipline

  • Minimum 8–10 years of professional experience in theatre leadership, direction, or production
