??? About NAPA:

The National Academy of Performing Arts (NAPA) is Pakistan’s premier institute dedicated to training and educating individuals in the performing arts, including theatre, music, and dance. Governed by a Board of Directors serving voluntarily, NAPA has a proud legacy led for over two decades by the legendary Zia Mohyeddin.

NAPA's faculty and alumni include some of Pakistan’s most respected and celebrated artists who continue to uphold the nation's rich cultural traditions.

?? Position Overview: Chief Executive Officer

Location: Karachi
Reporting To: Chairman and Board of Directors
Employment Type: Full-time (Contractual)
Remuneration: Market-competitive salary and benefits package

?? Role & Responsibilities:

As CEO, the incumbent will:

Lead and manage all financial, operational, and administrative aspects of the organization.

Engage with donors and stakeholders, particularly the Government of Pakistan and Government of Sindh.

Develop and implement strategic direction to ensure long-term sustainability, growth, and vision of the institution.

Oversee curriculum enhancement and faculty development through collaboration with the Heads of Theatre and Music.

Support students and faculty from diverse backgrounds and age groups in their academic and artistic journeys.

Ensure alignment of all institutional functions with the goals and guidance of the Chairman and Board.

?? Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 15 years of senior management experience, with proven leadership in complex organizations.

At least 16 years of formal education, with a degree from an HEC-recognized institution.

Demonstrated understanding of or connection with the performing arts is highly desirable.

Experience in managing or leading a reputed educational or cultural institution is a distinct advantage.
