VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT — MTI KICH & CHILDREN HOSPITAL PESHAWAR

The Medical Teaching Institution Khyber Institute of Child Health & Children Hospital Peshawar invites applications from highly qualified and experienced professionals for the following positions under the MTI grading structure.

## Available Positions & Job Specifications

1. Hospital Director

• Tenure: 5-Year Contract (under MTI Act 2015 & Regulations).

• Core Restriction: No right to private practice. Full-time institutional commitment required.

• Qualifications & Experience:

  • Recognized Master's Degree in Hospital Management, Health Services Management, Business Management, Public Health, Public Administration, or any other relevant management discipline.

  • Minimum 07 years of experience working in a senior management position in a major teaching hospital, organization, or institution.

  • Note for Medical Degree Holders: Candidates possessing an MBBS/Medical degree are eligible to apply provided they hold the additional management degree and experience outlined above.

2. Finance Director

• Tenure: 3-Year Contract (under MTI Act 2015 & Regulations).

• Qualifications & Experience:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 05 years of post-qualification experience in Finance and/or Accounts within a major private or public company/institution.

  • OR ICMAP certification / Master's degree in Finance or Accounts with a minimum of 08 years of post-qualification experience in Finance and/or Accounts within a major private or public company/institution.

3. Deputy Director (Admin & Monitoring) — KICH

• Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBBS OR Master's Degree (16 years of education) in Hospital Management, Health Services Management, Business Management, or a related management qualification.

  • Minimum 05 years of relevant experience in a reputed healthcare institution.

## Terms & Conditions

• Governing Laws: Services are governed under the Medical Teaching Institution Act 2015 (as amended) and accompanying MTI Regulations.

• Exclusivity: Selected candidates become full-time institutional employees. Upon appointment, they must submit an accepted resignation from their current employer (local, foreign, or civil service).

• Compensation: Appointments are made under the MTI Grading Structure rather than regular government Basic Pay Scales (BPS).

• Screening Process: If the volume of applicants is high, the services of ETEA-Khyber Pakhtunkhwa may be utilized to conduct a mandatory screening test. No TA/DA is provided for interviews.

• Disqualification Clauses: Candidates will be rejected or terminated immediately if found guilty of document tampering, providing false information, misbehaving during interviews, possessing a court conviction, or having a history of dismissal from service.
