Applications are invited from qualified, dynamic, and experienced professionals for the following institutional position at the Medical Teaching Institution (MTI) GKMC/BKMC and its Allied Hospitals, Swabi. This position is open under a strict merit-based selection process with Zero Tolerance to Corruption.

Job Details & Technical Criteria

Position Title: Deputy Manager / Deputy Director (Finance)

  • Number of Positions: 01

  • Place of Posting: MTI-BKMC Campus / Allied Hospitals, Swabi

Required Qualifications:

  • Baseline Education: CA (Finalist) / CIMA / ACCA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com from an HEC-recognized university or prestigious professional body.

  • Added Advantage: A Master’s degree in Public Administration (MPA) or Management Sciences will be highly valued as an additional asset.

Experience Required:

  • Duration: Minimum of two (02) years of post-qualification experience in finance, accounts, or audit management.

  • Sector: Must have served in a similar capacity (at Deputy Manager / Deputy Director level or equivalent) within a public sector organization, government body, or a tertiary-care medical teaching hospital.

  • Preferred Expertise: Prior hands-on experience in corporate asset management and autonomous BAC (Budget & Accounts Committee) proceedings is highly desirable.

Core Competencies:

  • Sound, practical knowledge of commercial accounting practices, financial accounting standards, and public sector procurement rules.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage accounts under pressure, direct complex financial teams, and meet stringent institutional deadlines.

  • Disqualification Parameters: Any attempt to influence or canvas the selection process will automatically disqualify the applicant. Candidates convicted by a court of law, found to have a history of institutional disciplinary actions, or who submit forged, tampered, or fake academic credentials will face immediate termination and legal action.
